Past days I listened to a show about the drug problems in our society. And it really kept me thinking.
What is the possible reason why every day more people grab to the drug?
Is the commonly believe that certain drugs are less harmless than others still true? Or have we found out that every drug even the cigarettes are harmful for our body and health. Someone will say ‘but only in excess’…this matter I don’t like to argue, but a lot of personally known people have smoked their whole life and never got any disease. So everybody is responsible for his own body and health and has to decide what’s good for him or what’s not.
Everyone tells that the marijuana is not as bad as the other drugs but is that really true.
I am not sure and I do not want to try out; imagine when you believe someone who invites you for drug consume and tell…come on take a smoke and enjoy us this drug is not harmful, don’t be a chicken…would you enjoy that group even if it is your friend…or would you take a turn and go away?
I tell you these moments are sometimes crucial and decisive whether you are becoming gradually a drug dependent or not. If you have a strong mind and courage it might be that you only smoke ones and forget it, but if you have a weak character and in the moment they offer you a joint you also have problems…let’s say in your home, or with your girlfriend, or at your work…whatever the problem is in that moment this can decide if you enjoy the drug or not. When you feel better in the moment you smoke marijuana and forget all of your problems, come a moment that you always will get back to a drug when you are in problems in order to forget the problems or feel better for a moment.
But I tell you the crude reality comes afterwards you feel awful bad when you wake up to reality. You slowly become more and more dependent because after a while you are not satisfied with this small good-feeling-moments you like to feel the whole time better and relieved of your problems this is the moment when you really get more and more drug-dependent. And if you a person with a weak character…I tell you that is dangerous.
So my advice is never joining a group even if the group has some friends of yours as members. Turn around and be better a chicken…than a drug-consumer. I know within group of friends nobody likes to be called chicken or killjoy, but sometimes it is necessary to decide and have a strong character and courage. It is your life you spoil and you have the responsibility do decide what is best for you…nobody else will do it for you.
In my opinion every social group is in the same way affected it doesn’t matter if you are among the social-weak or from the high-society with money. The only difference is the guys with money buy easier what they need for their personal satisfaction than the guys from the social-weaker-class. Because of the need they are faced sometimes with the law.
When you’re a family member, or a becoming father, or a father…always communicate with your family or children and try to speak about everything as often as possible, ask your children what problems they face or have, what they think about drugs about everything. This is the only way to know what your children think about actual problems within our society and a sure way to gain the confidence of your children.
If you have no communication within your family or with your father, because when telling him something he always shouts at you or doesn’t understand like a friend than you start to refrain yourself from him and in most cases from your family because you keep saying that nobody understand you, or you nobody listen to you, and you get involved more easy with bad friends and bad company. So always keep a good communication with your family, even if you come home tired, maybe you are angry about something that happened at your work, in the traffic or what-so-ever, try always to stay calm if you cannot speak or discuss in that precise moment. Let them know it and tell them you will rest first and refill your battery you feel not well. But never deny the discussion with your family.
Only this way you can be absolutely sure of the trust of your children and family.
This is a call to every family-father, becoming-father, and it doesn’t matter if you are in an advanced age or young. If as father you never have discussed with your family or with your children now is the time to start. It is never too late, but you must take action, without action there is no achievement and no comprehensive understanding.

What Is The Myth And What Is The Truth About Our Food And
Dear Reader and Friend,
At present I’m reading the New York Times Bestseller Book from
Kevin Trudeau it’s called
“Natural Cures “THEY” DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT.
Without doubt the book reads very well like a novel. The facts
and stories he tells inspire a lot and they are very informative
and highly impressive.
But what scares me is the fact that he describes so many things
in his book which are against our health and health-benefits and
I suppose a lot of people know about that, especially the people
working in the food-industry labs.
If every thing he tells is true than how the heck are living
those people with that burden, either they get paid so
splendidly that they don’t care at all, or they don’t eat
nothing which is sold in supermarkets, or they eat only organic
food and nothing at all which is made from their own companies.
But they have to live, they grow children like any one of us,
they can’t avoid 24 hours a day watching their children from not
eating poisoned or contaminated food. I cannot imagine that
their children won’t eat anything from Supermarkets – I just
cannot imagine.
So my question is they knowingly help to poison their children?
Or they ignore everything they do without scruple and moral
even knowing that their children get or eat contaminated or
poisoned food?
You know my friend there are so many unanswered questions that
it is difficult to believe everything Kevin is writing in his
book.
Is he not also morally responsible as a Citizen with great
influence because of his financial power to fight more against
this mafia-like industry as he describes in his book?
If he fears the FDA and FTC and not telling openly the whole
truth in his book and only tells more stuff for paid members of
his Site, is that not holding back the truth from all the
people. Is he giving the truth only to a selected and specific
group of people who are in the possibility and willing to pay
for his membership fees?
What happens to the people who cannot afford his membership fees
and who are not able to get to his insider information, are they
not worse of receiving this information?
Is that not in some way what we call discrimination…?
In my opinion everyone who is holding back evidence to the
society is in some part guilty of the destruction of people, or
is that only because…. Of the Money?
You and I know that corruption exists in any country and in any
government on earth but should that hold us back from telling
the truth in public, there are a lot of people out there which
cannot afford the membership fee of his site, are those people
not worth of hearing the truth if we in danger when consuming
drugs and industrial-produced-food?
Or is it all because of the money?

What do you need to have Success in your Fitness Workout
Success Of A Fitness Workout
Hey my friends,
There are a lot of different kinds of fitness workouts that you don't know with which one to start or which one to follow.
You can go to a gym and start a certain routine per week or per day. There is spinning, weight-lifting, walk-boards and so on. You are free to select and choose the exercises or workouts which suit you best.
You also can go just for a 1-hour-walk every morning before your work or in the evening after your work.
Look or think of the one which suits you most, and start doing it slowly, don't try to be an athlete within a few weeks or months. The people who start with to much enthusiasmfail faster than the ones who start slowly but with consistency.
Nobody will have success in doing his fitness workout to fast and I tell you if you never have done it… it takes a lot of work when not having the right mindset.
What does really mean having the right mindset?
…having the right mindset means that you prepare yourself mentally first and have the right vision before you start any exercise or workout.
Most people start with any workouts and after a few weeks they are tired or it is too much work in doing on a frequent basis.
They do it a few weeks or maybe months and than they switch over to another type of workout or they stop completely because they are not prepared to do the work. They can’t form the habit in doing consistently and constantly their exercises.
Many people start with something in their life, but they never think that they have to visualize what they like to do or to achieve in their life.The moment, they realize that it is too much work they quit or jump over to something else.
Before you start any activity or fitness try first to find the right mindset, visualize what do you like to get out of it, why do you like to do it...living more healthy...have a better-looking-body...or just for the fun of it, than do it with iron consistency and think only of the result.
See you in the mirror and visualize yourself with that body you will have after a few months exercise, imagine how you'll feel
and how everybody will look at you, don't think that it will cost you a lot of work, throw this negative thinking away and get into a positive thinking and you will see that it doesn't matter how much work is involved. You will succeed and you will be
the person you always dreamed of.
I know it is difficult for everybody who is not accustomed to do something on a regular basis; I had the same problem when I first started with exercising.
As soon as you get into a habit you don’t even think about the weekly work, You just do it mechanically.
I know from my own experience it takes time until you get this mindset. You have to prepare yourself, you have to visualize how you will look after a few month.You will see yourself with less weight. When you do weight lifting you will see yourself With a better athletic body or you’ll see yourself how everybody is turning around to look at you and admire you.
Having a different body or loosing weight improves also your self esteem you will walk with more security; besides the exercises will improve your concentration, you will sleep better and you’ll feel rejuvenated.
After you started with your exercises you’ll also see that you change automatically your eating habits. You’ll eat more fruits and healthier food. You will forget within a certain time all the junk food and you’ll get in a habit to avoid fatty food.
But what I have forgot to tell you…you have to avoid your so loved soft drinks and instead you have to drink a lot of water. This will help you to have a success with your fitness workout although you don't exercise daily.
Try it and you’ll see how different you will feel. You will feel like a complete different person.
Imagine only how you will improve your life with only consistently exercising your body.
