Can Blogging Be Dangerous?

...isn't life itself dangerous? You leave your home cross the street and some maniac hits you with the car and puts you out of activity for weeks of even month?

You drive in your car and suddenly some drunken driver smashes his car in your's...

What is not dangerous today? But when I read the article in NY Times that 3 Americans died because of blogging...it can't be the reason. Honestly this doesn't fit in my head. How many hours are authors working? They work sometimes at day, sometimes at night depending on their inspiration and work-lust. As a writer you don't have that much stress. You can always schedule your time in a manner to finish your writing in time.

If you sit the whole day on your laptop like a slave then something is wrong with your attitude or with your self-love. Everyone needs to stand up a for a while. You need to stretch your legs. You need to walk. You need to exercise your body at least a few times a week.

Even more if you are not the healthiest man. In that case when overdoing your work without having some pause you really don't love your yourself. You don't need a blood pressure monitor when you are a social media professional. You always can distribute your time somehow. Alright you have sometimes stress-days but you also have days with lower work-pressure.

But anyhow you can help yourself to balance your health with working effectively and efficiently. I really loved the article at Zen Habits for great tips on keeping healthy.

There is no recipe which works for all. But everyone has to live his lifestyle according his body. Every body gives somehow a preventive signal when you overdo your work for example. The problem is nobody listens to it. Everybody thinks, "I have no problem with my health, I'm healthy" and suddenly 'Bam' he falls down.

But I wouldn't that incident call something...has to do with a blogger addiction.
By the way many American as we know do not live very healthy because of their eating habits. I think this is a general fact everyone knows.

When working hard like a maniac than you have to eat smart, don't eat junk-food, don't drink soft drinks, no doughnuts and all that sweet stuff.

Exercise on a regular basis. Exercise at least 2-3 times per week. You don't have to go to the gym, you can walk near your living area. You can even exercise in your room at home or in your backyard. Stretching your body, your legs and arms and do some breathing exercises. You also can do some light yoga-positions.

Most people are creative in their work but have no creativity to figure something out for their health.
