It is a common problem for many people working a whole day journey and not taking the time for a proper and healthy nutrition. We blame the work-environment and the time we don't have to select or eat in peace our lunch or breakfast.

In many industrial areas there is no such a place like good restaurants where we can enjoy our meals. I have been working a long time in that environment and I think I know the problems a lot of working people are facing. This problems vary from country to country. But the working class is more affected as the office people.

If you are in a situation where there is no time or limited resources for a healthy nutrition outside your home environment there is always a possibility to prepare you a day before a fruit salad or a green salad and take this in your lunch-hour. You also can eat one or two apples a day which is very nutrient you know the phrase, "one apple a day keeps the doctor away." You can change a bit the taste and vary during the week the type of fruit you eat or the type of green salad, you can for example take one day a mixed salad, the other day carrots or pears, oranges, grapefruits and so on. There is a variety of changes you can make and you will not suffer of an empty stomach. You know it is sometimes the laziness and ease to prepare us something and take it with us for eating in our work-area.

Everyone who cares about his health should take care of a healthy eating habit. You will feel better, be more productive and more efficient and most of all feel healthy. Don't take the junk food they sell in every corner of the industrial area, keep away and say no for your own sake. You will be grateful when the years go by and you still feel good and have a good physical condition. For the ones who have lived in excess or didn't care for their health it is never too late. And you can start with it without worrying your age and your body look.
