How to plan your work in front of your computer?
One of the biggest mistakes of internet marketers is that they spend too much time in front of their computer without exercising their body. Lack of exercises is one of the biggest problems in almost every office job. But internet marketing is more dangerous because marketers as they work from home barely get up. They have almost everything they need near their computer or on their desk. Office employees get up at least sometimes to make their coffee or get some water from the water cooler.
If you are an enthusiastic internet marketer just look sometimes at the size of your belly and check if your jeans still fit.
How to avoid sitting too many hours in front of your computer?
Get into the habit to eat regularly.
Eat fruits.
Stretch your feet.
Don't sit too many hours in front of your computer.
Get up and walk a few minutes.
Get into the habit to exercise your body constantly.
Take a walk before you sit down on your computer or
take a walk after you finish with your computer work.
Make a plan for a fitness program (at least 3 times a week).
Don't eat fast food.
Don't wait until you are starving.
When working on your computer you easily forget time. Don't take the excuse that working from home you are more time with your loved ones. You might be more time at home but instead of spending hours with your spouse and kids you are spending more time with your computer.
Meet people
You might not believe it but some people have social problems due to lack of communication with people. They might be good at their computer but when it comes to communicate with other people they cannot do it they don't know what to say. Invite your family ones in a while to spend time out of your house. Get into the habit of doing it.
